Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with Hinty. If you are not happy with your Pro or Max subscription, use the refund process below and we will handle it plainly.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase or renewal payment.

Where law allows, we may reduce or decline a refund when an account has materially consumed paid resources during that period, including more than 50 AI requests, more than 60 minutes of Meeting Mode transcription, repeated refund requests, abuse, or policy violations.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, your statutory withdrawal and refund rights apply regardless of our additional policy terms. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

How To Request A Refund

Email billing@hinty.app with the subject line Refund Request and include the email address associated with your Hinty account.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days, although your bank or card issuer may take longer to show the credit.

After A Refund

Once a refund is processed, your account is downgraded to the Free plan. You keep access to Free tier features.

Your local session history and local app data are not removed by a refund.

Cancellation Versus Refund

Canceling a subscription stops future charges and keeps paid access until the end of the current billing period.

A refund returns the payment and immediately reverts the account to the Free plan.
